Audit and Account Service (W.B)

Description of the examination (Total 500 marks)

The candidate will have to clear three stages to crack the examination paper 1, paper 2 and personality test.

Paper 1

The candidate will be given a paper of 200 marks.

Paper 2

Paper 2 consists of 200 marks for this examination.

Personality test

The personality test consists of 100 marks.

Age criteria and qualification

The minimum educational eligibility for appearing in this exam is graduation with a specialization in Commerce. The aspirants should be within 21 to 32 years for being eligible for this exam.

PSC (W.B) Miscellaneous

Description of examination

The exam will be held in three steps like Preliminary, Mains and Personality Test. The final selection will be made after the Personality Test.

Preliminary

• You will get a paper of 100 questions of 200 marks.
• It is objective type.

Mains examination

• After qualifying the preliminary test, the candidate needs to pass the mains examination.

Age criteria and qualification

• Graduate and onwards.
• Age 21-30 years.

PSC-SI

PSC SI Examination is held in order to recruit sub-inspectors to a number of departments under the Public Service Commission. This is a prestigious post which is the dream of many aspirants.

The exam will be held in three steps like Preliminary, Mains and Medical Test along with Interview. The candidates will be selected finally after the completion of the third step.

Description of examination

Preliminary (Objective types)

• The candidate will get a question paper of 200 marks.
• You will be given 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish the paper.

Mains examination

• The paper consists of 200 marks.

Medical Test along with Interview

This is the final stage of this stage that consists of 20 marks. The candidates will be selected finally after the completion of the third step.

Age criteria and qualification

Candidates must have to complete graduation from any recognized discipline and should be within the ages of 20 to 27 years in order to prove them eligible for this exam.

Municipal Service Commission Junior Assistant

This examination will be held following three steps- Preliminary, Mains and Interview. The final selection will be done after the Interview process. After the final selection, the selected eligible candidates will be able to join as juniorassistants under Municipal Service Commission.

Description of examination

Preliminary

• The candidate will be given a paper of 100 marks.
• You will get 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish the paper.

Mains examination

• The candidate will be given a paper of 150 marks.
• You will get 3 hours to complete the paper.

Interview process     

• This interview process consists of 25 marks.
• The final selection will be done after the Interview process. After the final selection, the selected eligible candidates will be able to join as juniorassistants under Municipal Service Commission.

Age criteria and qualification

• S (Desirable working knowledge in Computer Application).
• Age 18-37 years.

Calcutta High Court Group D

Calcutta High Court Group D exam is conducted by PSC in order to recruit Group D clerks in various departments of Calcutta High Court.

Description of the examination

• This examination will be held through two steps like Written Exam and Interview. The final selection will be one after the Interview process.
• The candidate will be given a paper of 100 marks.
• 2 hours will get the candidates to complete the paper.

Age criteria and qualification

• Candidate must have to pass class VIII.
• Age 18-37 years.

West Bengal Police Constable

West Bengal Police Constable is conducted by PSC for recruiting constable in the state departments of police.
